This home was previously listed for several months prior to the homeowners calling us. Once hired, we worked with the homeowners to get the house SOLD ready, starting with a home pre-inspected (something that we highly recommend doing first). Within the findings of the inspection a few items needed attention, so we hired a contractor to repair a damage post on the front porch and several failed windows were replaced. To clean up the outside of the home we pressured washed both the siding and roof .
