Jim and Bill do what is known in the real estate industry as a "two-step" listing appointment. The first meeting is a "meet and greet" to view your home, discuss your plans, goals and timing and to get to know each other better. They follow up with a second meeting to provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of your home and with recommendations on things that should and shouldn't be done in preparing your home for sale.

The Badgleys have an extensive list of superb referrals to anything that may need to be done on a home. Providing superior service is the goal. Jim and Bill can oversee the whole house preparation process for you or they can provide you with the contact information for their subs. They can assist you with whatever level of service you need.

Listing your home is a large investment

1. Initial Meeting. Meet with the Badgleys at your home to review your home and property. They will also discuss your plans, goals and timing. The Badgleys will take detailed notes and take photos of your home. Don't worry what condition, or how clean your home is.

2. Follow up Meeting. Jim and Bill will return at a later date with a comprehensive market analysis of your home and with recommendations on things that should be done that will enhance your return.
