TurnKey Before and After Photo's
January 2010: The seller of this home downsized into a retirement community. She handed us the keys and had us take care of everything beginning with an estate sale and overseeing all the sub-contractors that assisted us in getting the home ready for sale. The interior was repainted, new carpet was installed, new light fixtures and new bark in the yard. The home was also staged. In three weeks from start to finish, we had the home ready to put on the market. There were four offers on the home within four days and we sold the home for $6,000 over list price. Not only were we able to return the seller over double the money she invested in getting the home ready for sale, we were also able to sell the home quickly. The seller and her family were ecstatic! |

This home was previously listed for several months prior to the homeowners calling us. Once hired, we worked with the homeowners to get the house SOLD ready, starting with a home pre-inspected (something that we highly recommend doing first). Within the findings of the inspection a few items needed attention, so we hired a contractor to repair a damage post on the front porch and several failed windows were replaced. To clean up the outside of the home we pressured washed both the siding and roof . Once the items called out on the inspection were fixed, we worked with a stager to come in and make this house feel like a home. See below the before and after photo's. |

This home had not been lived in for five years and needed major clean-up and updating. Being recognized for their TurnKey Services, the attorney for this estate recommended the Badgley's to the the homeowners. The home was completely remodeled inside and out with new windows, paint, all new carpet and tile floors, updated kitchen, bathrooms and appliances. New landscaping and a new fence were also installed. The home went on the market during the height of the recent recession, but the home sold within 30 days. |
