With nearly 17 years as a real estate broker in Washington, Jim has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents not only in Washington State, but in North America. Jim has sold hundreds of homes and condominiums in the Greater Seattle area, but he specializes in listing and selling single family homes and condominiums on the Eastside.

Jim is an avid scuba diver and loves traveling. He and his dog Tanner (a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer) live in Kirkland.

Bill came to the real estate industry late in the year 2000 after winding down form a twenty-two year career in the field of industrial bar coding. Ten of those years were as a business owner and the remaining twelve years were spent working as an applications specialist for a Portland based company that served companies located throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, Oregon and Idaho.
His contribution to the Badgley and Badgley Real Estate Team is a wealth of experience in working with people to get through the challenges of accomplishing the goals set before them. While the specific challenges of the real estate industry are different than those of the corporate world he left behind, he very much enjoys working with his clientele to reach the goals set before them--the successful sale or purchase of a home.
Bill and his wife have three children, Jim (whom he works with), Katie and Mike and three grandchildren, Timmy, Jake and Ellie.
When he is not wearing his real estate hat or spending time with his family, Bill can often be found running the streets of Kirkland or maybe reading up on how to sail a sailboat-- a lifelong desire that is just now coming to fruition. As a runner, he logs approximately 1,000 miles a year and generally tries to run the Seattle Half Marathon each year. He also volunteers for the Bellevue Sail and Power Squadron.

Tanner the Dog

Tanner is a five year old Rhodesian/Boxer mix who was rescued from the Humance Society in Wenatchee. He was one of eight in his litter.
Tanner spends his days sleeping, keeping his bed warm and collecting treats from numerous people throughout the office.
Tanner loves to fetch, run and swim.
